**The Organisation**:
TAFE institute providing training and vocational education in Hospitality, Tourism, and Culinary Arts.
**The Role**:
Reporting to the Business Partner, People & Capability (P&C), you will provide administration and operational support to assist with the coordination of L&D initiatives and programs.
**The Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate the end-to-end logistics of implementing L&D activities
- Coordinate and facilitate new employee induction training
- Draft engaging written communication to inform and promote L&D programs and activities
- Coordinate meeting invites and room booking, take minutes, and distribute meeting agenda for the L&D Committee
- Prepare reports on training for key stakeholders as required
- Ensure compliance of staff qualifications, skills, and experience
**Skills & Experience**:
- Background in administration and communications
- Experience working in an L&D environment beneficial
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail oriented with excellent time management
- Highly developed computer literacy and proficient with MS Office
