As a Hospitality and Management Trainer, you will be responsible for developing, delivering, and managing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. You’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our hospitality staff by implementing training strategies that improve service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs for employees at all levels.
- Facilitate training sessions on topics such as customer service, hospitality management, leadership, and compliance.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and create customized training plans.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure training content is relevant and impactful.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a trainer or in a management role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse teams.
- Familiarity with training techniques, learning management systems, and instructional design principles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail and delivering high-quality results.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
