The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for developing, establishing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet company objectives in conjunction with effective management of the marketing, advertising and promotional activities of the company.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Oversee branding, positioning and promotion of the company’s products ensuring all marketing collateral is in line with Corporate Branding Style Guide(s).
- Prepare marketing material including campaigns, flyers, mail outs, catalogues (hard & soft copies).
- Create advertisements for print material such as catalogues, newspapers and magazines.
- Design and create product packaging / labelling.
- Coordinate all Sales & Marketing events such as trade shows/exhibitions/entertainment and other customer related functions in conjunction with the Head of Sales and Area Sales Managers.
- Provide assistance to the Sales Team on sales-related activities.
- Liaise with customer buying groups to facilitate creation of conjunctional promotional material.
- Book, proof and coordinate the production and distribution of branded items.
- Prepare and manage marketing budgets and plans.
- Maintain / update multiple brand websites using various CMS such as Joomla, Time to Web, Sana and Adobe Business Catalyst and liaison with web developers when required.
- Maintain and extend a comprehensive product and stock image database and act as the main contact for all staff.
- Create and co-ordinate scheduled promotional and ad-hoc awareness eDM campaigns utilising MailChimp and maintain the customer database.
- Update and maintain layouts for company business cards and place orders when necessary.
- Liaise with global NORMA Group employees to facilitate joint projects and resource sharing.
- Liaise with manufacturers to design, test, order and distribute point of sale display stands.

**Profile**:

- Tertiary qualifications Marketing, Communications or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum of 2-5 years’ work experience in a similar role.
- Strong ability to think independently, prioritise, work to deadlines and manage time effectively.
- Demonstrable experience of managing a challenging workload and meeting deadlines, occasionally at short notice to meet business needs.
- Ability to work autonomously when required - self-motivated but also a team player.
- A high level of integrity and honesty.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong to attention to detail.
- A high level of administrative skills.
- Demonstrable experience of successfully liaising, influencing, motivating and working with people at all levels, both with the organisation and externally.
- A high level of problem solving and initiative e.g. able to review and recommend changes to existing processes and procedures (the ability to think laterally and business wide).

IT Skills:

- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills in Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
- Proficiency with Adobe InDesign.
- Intermediate skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Previous experience in using CMS such as Joomla, Craft, Sana and/or Time To Web would be highly regarded.
