**About Monash Health Imaging**
Monash Health Imaging incorporates services at Monash Medical Centre - Clayton; Monash Children’s Hospital - Clayton; Dandenong Hospital - Dandenong; Casey Hospital - Berwick; Moorabbin Hospital - Bentleigh East; Pakenham Health Hub - Pakenham and Kingston Centre - Cheltenham. The service provides over 400,000 imaging examinations per year across its sites. The Service currently employs approximately 500 EFT, and has a gross operating budget in excess of $100M.
**About The Role**
The Deputy Network Administration Manager will work closely with the Network Administration Manager to facilitate day-to-day administration operations across the Monash Health Imaging network, with a focus on patient-centred care. This role will involve managing the team members responsible for training delivery and administration of Multi-Disciplinary Team Meetings. The role will provide leave cover for the Network Administration Manager.

You are experienced in leading teams and are comfortable communicating across disciplines. You are as focussed on delivering excellent patient outcomes as you are nurturing high-performing teams. You possess an ability to work towards long-term solutions while satisfying short-term needs.
**What You Need**
- Recognised qualification in administration and/or office management and/or demonstrated extensive experience in a service-orientated environment
- Qualification in or demonstrated extensive experience with Medical Terminology
- Demonstrated experience in radiology administration, customer service, leadership, and change management
- Australian working rights
