**About the Role**
Due to rapid business growth, BSV are seeking a Accounts Assistant to join their energetic team at their head office in Keswick.

This is an excellent opportunity with flexible working hours and the opportunity of part time available for the right applicant. Potential for flexibility to accommodate school drop-off/pickup.

Key duties will include, but not be limited to:

- Processing payroll for over 60 staff
- Reconciliation of supplier statements
- Processing invoices, payment runs
- Client Invoicing
- Maintaining account records and files
- Processing credit card receipts
- Credit card reconciliations

**About You**
The successful applicant will possess the following skills and experience:

- Payroll experience
- Preferred knowledge of Xero
- Dext (formally Receipt Bank) and Approval Max experience highly regarded
- Flexible approach and ability to manage changing priorities
- Accuracy and eye for detail

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: $30,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
