About the opportunity:

The Sales Associate reports to the Sales Manager and is part of the Weeks Homes Sales team. In this highly rewarding role, you will work with our in-House Sales team and Display Sales Consultants to provide an exceptional customer experience to clients throughout their exciting journey purchasing a new home. More specifically, your responsibilities will include:

  • Work from one of our stunning display homes and Head office in Keswick
  • Assist with the day-to-day operations of the display home ensuring all customers are met and greeted warmly.
  • Create memorable experiences as qualify customers and support customers to make informed decisions
  • Supporting the Building and Design Sales Consultant to ensure business objectives are achieved by scheduling appointments for the Consultants
  • Ensure that all sales documentation and paperwork is completed to high standard and within required timeframes

About you:

You will share a passion for our purpose and be aligned to our core values; better together, be accountable, people matter and think bigger. In addition, you will have:

  • An outgoing personality with exceptional listening, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for home design and living spaces
  • Strong desire to invest in your learning and progress into a Sales Consultant role.
  • Ideally you will have customer service and sales experience
  • The ability to engage with team members and work collaboratively toward achieving individual and team goals
  • Strong systems skills and the planning and organising skills to keep on top of all documentation and communications with key stakeholders
  • Availability to work Saturday – Wednesday (2 days in display and 3 days in office)
