**The Role**

Due to extensive growth, we are searching for the next production superstars This position is pivotal to the success of the day-to-day manufacturing operations of Coca-Cola.

The role of the Production Team Member is to undertake safe operation of equipment and processes to produce a quality product in the most efficient way possible, including effective cleaning of equipment and work areas, perform package change overs, data entry and accurate quality checking processes. Our current shift structure for our Production Team Members is 12-hour shifts and you will be required to work a flexible 24/7 roster.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure own and others’ health and safety and wellbeing at work including reporting hazards, incidents & injuries.
- Following policy, procedures and instructions
- Effective, correct and safe operation of high-speed production equipment, with varying degrees of automation and technology
- Undertaking accurate quality checks and quality assurance processes
- Timely reporting and escalation of quality
- Promoting production line efficiency through appropriate troubleshooting, escalating appropriately and monitoring production activity
- Undertake timely and thorough changeovers, involving removal and replacement of machine parts for production of various sized products.
- Ensuring products are safely, correctly packaged/wrapped/stacked.
- Using manufacturing business systems, e.g: SAP / Activplant / Citect.

**Desired Qualifications & skillsets**:

- Ability to follow instructions, processes and procedures.
- Excellent technical skills developed in a similar role e.g. previous experience in RF scanning
- Forklift license and a minimum of 2 years of driving experience. Confident in daily manoeuvring and operating a forklift.
- Clear verbal communication
- Accurate written and numerical skills
- Industrial proficiency / Mechanical aptitude
- Confidence using technology & systems.
- General computer literacy
- Physical fitness and ability to safely undertake physical elements of role
