**The Role**

Adbri Masonry have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Manager to join their team in Campbellfield.

The Maintenance manager will provide hands on maintenance support to the operational areas, manage maintenance employees, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and have the ability to manage equipment upgrades, and projects on time and within budget**.**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide hands-on maintenance support to the operational areas.
- Manage the maintenance employees to ensure company targets and goals are achieved.
- Work closely with other peers within the business.
- Ensure all safe work systems are being complied with and thorough risk assessments are conducted with rigor including appropriate mitigation actions.
- Ensure all requirements of the manufacturing process are meet.
- Work closely with contractors and suppliers.
- Improve ongoing downtime.
- Work to improve R&M processes where possible.

**What you will need to succeed**
- Trade Qualification - Trade Certificate in Mechanical Fitting with welding and machining competence/experience preferred.
- 3-5 years’ experience supervising a team.
- Previous experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems would be a strong advantage.
- Current Fork and Boom Lift licenses
- Computer literacy skills especially with Microsoft Suite.
- A good understanding of computer systems including SAP would be highly regarded.
- Excellent communication ability with strong interpersonal skills.
