**Electrical Maintenance Manager**

We are looking for a **Senior Electrical Engineer**. You will be reporting to the head of Maintenance and manage a large team of **engineers** and **E & I** technicians in delivering safe, prompt, high quality maintenance on a broad range of plant. The site you will be working in is intrinsically clean and is in the **Campbellfield **area. The position is for ASAP start.

**Key tasks**
- Manage the **corrective & preventative maintenance** activities in the electrical and automation function of the manufacturing plant & equipment to ensure on time completion.
- Lead and provide technical **engineering oversight to trades**, to assist with determining **root cause analysis and solution.**:

- Provide **technical advice** and deal with escalations including assisting with **fault finding** and detailed **problems solving.**:

- Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices and **OHS standards.**:

- Help with the **daily work allocation**.
- Provide governance on maintenance planning and scheduling.
- **Lead and mentor a small group **of electrical / instrumentation technicians.

**About you**
- **Electrical engineering degree** qualified.
- At least 5 years’ maintenance experience within a manufacturing **fixed plant** process control - **food, FMCG, automotive or similar industry.**:

- Engaging and pre-empt solutions for **work order management.**:

- **People management** **experience** with communication, and leadership skills
- Enjoys a challenge and wants to drive **continuous improvement.**:

- **Knowledge of SAP - PMS systems / data entry / breakdown entry.**:

- **Hazardous** **area experience** will be highly regarded**.**

All applicants **must be entitled to work in Australia** and be prepared to do a **pre-employment medical and security clearance** as required.

**Salary**: $70.00 - $77.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
