Mahlab is a team of 50 people including strategists, client partners, content producers, PR & media specialists, digital designers, data and performance experts.

**Our head office is in Sydney and this role can be based anywhere that is AEST time zone friendly.**

As our business continues to grow across Asia Pacific, we are looking for a Marketing Strategy Consultant who is energised by developing strategies that solve business problems and thrives by collaborating with smart, creative and committed co-workers.

As a key member of our senior team, you will have a background in corporate communications or digital marketing (or ideally both), and will be a shape shifter, able to throw yourself into different business problems, drawing on your personal toolkit and those around you.

Working closely with our Head of Strategy and Performance you will have the opportunity to help shape projects from the outset and ensure we are delivering on the clients vision.

You will have the ability to spot new commercial opportunities and be able to consult with clients to find the best, tailored marketing solutions for their business needs.

We have deep relationships and long histories with our clients. Our people are driven to do stellar work and are excited about bringing new ways of thinking and doing to marcoms problems. On any given day, you could be leading a change management communications strategy, designing an executive profile program or creating a lead generation campaign.
- Someone who can think strategically, has strong commercial acumen, an entrepreneurial mindset and can think on their feet.
- Has the ability to influence senior leadership, collaborate with a variety of stakeholders and is able to motivate others.
- Has strong communication and presentation skills.
- Has demonstrated ability in building strong relationships and working with multi-disciplinary teams.
- Has the ability to identify and solve problems objectively using analysis, experience and judgment.
