**About Your New Role**:
The Licensee & Property Management Manager will have full managerial responsibility for the running of the property management division in WA and manage a team of 6.

Key responsibilities include:

- Ensure compliance when onboarding and maintaining properties
- Ensure compliance with tenancy legislation across the division
- Support the closing out of client complaints as required
- Management of all accounts associated with the management of a property in conjunction with the PM
- Attendance to Court on behalf of property managers and landlords
- Receive and handle any complaints received from clients regarding property management
- Mentor staff through the client complaint journey
- Support property managers by providing assistance in writing contract conditions or addressing queries on existing contracts

**Selection Criteria**:

- Minimum 8 years experience as a Licensee of a Real Estate Business or Property Management Business
- Triennial Certificate and Real Estate License
- Previous experience as a Property Manager
- Working knowledge of the Real Estate & Business Agents Act, Regulations and Code of Conduct
- Working knowledge of WA Leasing Legislation
- Ability to motivate and lead employees, holding individuals accountable in a constructive manner
- Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to liaise at all levels
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously
- Brilliant at problem solving and providing tailored solutions
- Excellent organisational, planning and time management skills to meet competing deadlines
- Strong computer and administrative skills including a detailed understanding of Microsoft software
- High attention to detail
- A proactive and flexible approach to work
