A reputed company is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Care Consultant to join their team.

**Your new role**
Reporting to the Customer Care Team Leader, you will be responsible to provide their customers with quality software and exceptional service. Some of your responsibilities in this role will include;
- Working with customers and other stakeholders to manage onsite and remote installations
- Creating and delivering customer training programmes and online tutorials
- Overseeing support case priorities
- Escalating urgent or lingering problems to appropriate internal resources
- Maintaining scheduled and regular customer contact for support cases, implementing projects and customer liaison processes
- Tracking information accurately into the company's internal management system
- Recommending product enhancements/process changes that will improve the installation and configuration process
- Assisting and advising other staff with functionality and technical questions
- Maintaining confidentiality and performing other duties as required

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be considered for this role, we are looking for reliable, organised and hardworking individuals along with:

- Previous experience in a library technical support environment is highly desirable
- Sound knowledge of quality customer service principles in order to ensure continuous improvement
- Proven experience in liaising with multiple stakeholders
- Experience in creating and delivering training programmes is desirable
- Working knowledge of Windows operating systems
- Ability to install software including company products and other products common in libraries to better simulate the users’ PC environments
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple customer installations in various stages simultaneously
