- Monday to Friday - Covering mainly Sydney Metro
- Global leading company in Medical Devices is seeking to appoint an experienced Field Services Technician to join their team in Sydney. Working closely with engineers across Australia reporting to the manager in Melbourne. This new opportunity will be responsible for servicing customers across a range of medical clinics, hospitals and specialised aesthetic beauty clinics.**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support and perform onsite installations, maintenance and repair on medical device equipment.
- Review and make recommendations on solutions to determine source of problem
- Work closely with Territory Managers (Sales) to ensure service deliverables are met
- Coordinate problem resolution with external and internal stakeholders
- Conduct training on safe operation of equipment to team and customers
- Valid driver's license and safe driving record
- Ability to prioritize service requests and concise documentation

**To be considered for this role;**
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to diagnose and resolve problems - electronic, mechanical etc.
- Tertiary Qualifications in Electronics/Electrical or Biomedical related field preferred
- Hands on experience as a Service Engineer/Technician with relevant equipment is preferred
