**About the Role**:
VU is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Coordinator Academic Support Programs who will ensure the delivery of an exceptional student experience by coordinating and implementing a suite of academic and study skill support programs and initiatives.

In this role, you will liaise and collaborate with a wise range of stakeholders including academic and college staff, TAFE teachers and others to develop and maintain relevant and practical academic support services, fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Some of the responsibilities of this role include:

- Contribute to planning, development **,**implementation and coordination of a comprehensive range of academic support programs and services for domestic and international students across the University and TAFE
- Conducting regular assessments and evaluations of academic support programs and student progress outcomes to measure their impact, effectiveness and ongoing relevance
- Developing and authoring relevant reports and papers with recommendations as required.
- Liaising with University retention programs to assist in developing strategies that identify at-risk students and provide targeted support.

**This is a full time continuing position at an HEP 7 classification with the salary range being $97,863 - $105,932 plus 17% superannuation, working 36.75 (1.0 FTE) hours per week.**

**About You**:
We are looking for someone with experience/skills in the development of programs and services to support student learning in a post-secondary education environment.

You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written), and ability to organise and prioritise workload in a busy/demanding environment.

The role will require stakeholder management skills to effectively develop and maintain working relationships with academic and professional staff within the Colleges, TAFE and across the University.
