**ABOUT THE ROLE**

This role is responsible for overseeing the Field Inventory and Capital compliance requirement within the Field Inventory team and Capital Equipment Customer Care team. Working with internal and external stakeholders, to maintain the integrity of inventory data through the management of all aspects of field inventory management. Including; stock reconciliation, movement transactions, inventory compliance reporting and general enquiries. The key focus of this role is to provide both internal and external customers a high level of service and support.
In addition, this role is responsible for managing the technical service function with both internal and external stakeholders.

**WHAT WILL YOU BE REPONSIBLE FOR?**
- Overseeing the Boston Scientific ANZ cycle count program ensuring compliance in all aspects. Regularly reporting on performance as well as seeking out opportunities to improve the process and outcomes for our customers (internal and external).
- Overseeing the Boston Scientific ANZ Capital Equipment technical service function. Ensuring key metrics are met with regards to on time servicing and response times. Reporting regularly to the leadership team and also to divisions on overall performance.
- Team Leader to the Field Inventory and Capital Equipment Customer Care teams. Working with direct reports and proactively coaches; ensures team receive ongoing regular feedback, training and help in identifying, supporting and achieving agreed development objectives.
- Coordinating with internal business units to form future thinking training strategies for the 3rd party engineering team, ensuring new machine releases are also coordinated with engineer training. As well as maintaining training matrix.
- Establish, maintain, and hold accountable to BSC standards, our Technical Service engineering 3rd party partner. Responsible for overall performance management of the supplier, reporting and cost management.
- Effectively manage enquiries from internal and external customers through a range of different communication methods
- Providing a high level of service and responsiveness with all enquiries including but not limited to troubleshooting compliance issues.
- Establishing and ownership of the Supply Chain tender response process to ensure responses to tenders are on time, with coordination throughout ANZ Supply Chain to ensure fullness of responses.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and provide colleagues with support
- To represent Boston Scientific values and perform your role with integrity
- Work in adherence to quality and compliance processes. This includes maintaining documentation in accordance with quality and financial audit requirements, and preparing reports across this function as required.
