**About the Opportunity**

Grow your career as a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner within a collaborative and supportive multidisciplinary team and assist clients in improving their overall mental health and well-being.

Some of the key responsibilities in this role will include, but not be limited to
- Development and implementation of Behaviour Support Plans
- Provide psychological intervention and behaviour support
- Provide a high level of professional judgement and knowledge
- Complete reports and work towards goals within the NDIS plans
- At all times be professional and caring
- Actively participate in team meetings all related training

**About You**
The position is suitable for experienced Positive Behaviour Support Practitioners who align with our values and have demonstrated ability to:

- Develop, implement, monitor and review behaviour support plans that are responsive to the person’s needs, improves the participant's quality of life and supports their progress towards positive change based on evidence-informed practice
- Demonstrated comprehensive knowledge of the issues, trends and legislation underpinning the provision of clinical service delivery to people with a disability and under the NDIS and the Quality and Safeguarding Commission
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- NDIS registration
