The Division of Academic and Student Engagement (DASE) partners with students, staff and the broader community to deliver an outstanding student experience. At the heart of the student experience are transformational opportunities in learning and teaching. Existing within DASE, The Student Experience branch is responsible for providing services that deliver an excellent student experience. This includes administrative and support services to students as well as service to, and partnership with, academic staff in the development of a high-quality, engaging and relevant learning environment.

Working under the general direction, the International Careers and Employability Officer will be working as a team member in the International Careers Team to support delivery of the International Careers Program, activities and events. The role will also support the International Careers Lead with stakeholder engagement including State/Federal government, employers from Asian regions as well as professional bodies to plan, coordinate and develop programs that boost international students career experience and employability.

**To be successful you will need**:

- Proven experience in business development and client relationship management, preferred work experience from consulting/higher education industry.
- Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to execute, co-ordinate, document and carry out tasks and projects through to completion efficiently.
- Well
- developed interpersonal skills, both written and oral and the ability to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Demonstrated capacity of taking initiative in a team environment.
- Proven experience designing and delivering workshops to various stakeholders with a track record on engaging stakeholders effectively.
