What You Will Accomplish Here
The Document Specialist works within the Quality Assurance (QA) Department and is responsible for entering and editing complex information from a variety of internal and external sources. The QA Department focuses on letter writing, data entry, and translations for certification reports.

This position is based in our Adelaide Office, located at St Marys.

**The key responsibilities for this role are**:

- Write/review recommendation reports
- Prepare compliance packages for shipping to regulators
- Review technical engineering documentation and verify required notations
- Maintain knowledge of specific requirements for each submission and jurisdiction
- Keep records of GLI’s quality and internal errors
- Maintain company polices and procedure manuals
- Comply with GLI’s Quality Management System
- Data and Database management
- General administration
- Accuracy, high attention to detail and technical aptitude
- Self-motivation and ability to work under mínimal supervision
- Ability to work under pressure and working to tight deadlines
- Ability to handle high volume workload
- Good analytical and reasoning skills
- Ability to conduct research
- Ability to write using correct spelling and grammar
- High level of writing and editing skills using Word and Excel
- Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
- A team player
- Preferably 2 years working experience in a Quality Assurance or similar role
