**How will I help?**

Do you enjoy using your exceptional writing and project management skills as part of a high performing sales team? This Pursuit and Communication Manger role is part of the Client Engagement team within Westpac’s Global Transaction Services (GTS) team - one of Westpac’s Institutional Bank (WIB) key pillars. You will help:

- Manage the end-to-end pursuit life cycle for new to bank transaction banking deals, including quality control of final production of materials to ensure they are of a high standard and uphold content and brand guidelines.
- Work closely with key stakeholders throughout our business to manage and deliver to project timelines.
- Create bids and tender responses ranging in complexity that articulate the GTS value proposition, benefits and service offerings.
- Create approved collateral for sales activities and draft new content to support the build-out of presentation materials.
- Manage and support various other sales enablement activities including the creation of material used for client pitches and presentations.
- Create and manage approval of collateral and comms for internal and external purposes.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to be a valued member of the Pursuit Management and Business Development Team, working closely with Deal Leads to ensure documents produced are compelling, tailored to reflect each customer’s requirements, highlights our differentiators, and customer value proposition. You will also have an opportunity to work directly with the GTS Leadership Team on internal and external comms.

**What do I need?**

You will have well established verbal and written communication skills and extensive persuasive writing skills in any published area, including marketing, communications, bid, tender or content management. You will have some familiarity utilising content management software and will bring creative design thinking and ideas into this role when mapping customer journeys and designing infographics to depict the transactional banking needs of our clients.

To be successful, you will have:

- Thrived in previous high performing teams.
- Well-developed creative/persuasive writing experience gained in similar sales enablement, bid, and/or communications roles within banking, management consultancy or law firms.
- Strong project management skills and experience in managing and delivering multiple projects simultaneously within set deadlines.
- The ability to translate complex ideas and solutions into clear, consistent, written messaging and themes.
- Analysis and problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritise. Strong skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Adobe and other production software.
