**Your opportunity**
We are currently seeking a **Services Supervisor **to join the Centre team at **Westfield Mt Gravatt **in QLD. This is a chance to join a team who are driven to consistently create moments that matter in the living centre every day and lead and inspire their team to deliver our Service Promise to our customers.
Working with the Services Manager the Services Supervisor you will be responsible for leading our Services team this includes Car Park, Valet, Concierge and Westfield Plus.
A snapshot of your role:
- Lead, coach and develop the Services team to deliver an extraordinary experience to our customers and improve our NPS
- Build and nurture a customer centric culture, new initiatives and professional partnerships with key stakeholders and the local community
- Manage team performance, succession planning, recruitment, induction, and development
- Own the rostering, budgets and forecast management
- Review and analyse commercial and customer data to capture insights, realise opportunities, and optimise results across parking
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify and implement opportunities to improve the Services offering within the centre
- Champion our Service Promise (Our Service Values) and drive the Customer Promise recognition program
This is a full time permanent role based onsite at Westfield Mt Gravatt

- An energetic people person who enjoys interacting with customers and an ability to achieve a high level of service that consistently meets and exceeds the expectations of our customers
- Being empowered to rectify and resolve customer issues and make proactive and positive decisions on the spot
- Experience in rostering, budgeting and reporting
- Ability to learn new systems and procedures quickly and share existing skills with your team
- Commercial awareness and a willingness to learn and understand business financials and how your team can directly impact the income and expenses of the centres profit and loss
- You will hold a full drivers licence
- Ability to adapt to a 7 day a week dynamic environment
