The Role

  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of single-storey new home builds
  • Coordinate trades, supervise site safety, quality, and program timelines
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, trades and suppliers
  • Ensure compliance with NCC, R-Codes, and internal construction standards

What You Need

  • Proven experience as a Site Supervisor / Construction Supervisor in WA essential
  • Background supervising single-storey residential builds
  • Strong understanding of WA construction sequencing and trade coordination
  • Ability to manage multiple sites efficiently and autonomously
  • Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
