In order to stay at the top of our game, we’re looking for an Assistant Head Coach (Operations) who can help provide the kind of above-and-beyond service that inspires Nike fans for life

Reporting to the Head Coach you will:
- Coach: provide leadership, people development and feedback to elevate the team. You will be involved in hiring top talent, training, performance management, as well as succession and career planning
- Drive: assist the team to achieve targets and KPIs by unlocking their potential
- Inspire: care about the team and, most importantly, have fun
WHAT YOU BRING:
- A passion for the Nike brand
- Significant previous coaching/managerial experience
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Sound computer proficiency
