**Join the RealRun Team - Operations & Marketing/Admin Assistant**
We’re on the lookout for an organised, proactive, and creative person to join us at **RealRun** This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-growing local startup that's changing the way businesses handle flyer distribution.
**About the Role**:
This is a hands-on role based in our Newport 2106 office, helping with the day-to-day running of operations, basic admin tasks, and light marketing support. You’ll work closely with our team to ensure things run smoothly behind the scenes.
**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Supporting day-to-day operations and job management
- Supporting the team with general admin duties as needed

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Great attention to detail and a proactive attitude
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Someone who’s happy to learn and grow with the role
- Marketing or social media interest is a bonus (but not essential)
