**Join Our Team as an Educational Leader at OAC Newport**

At Only About Children Newport, we are dedicated to providing a nurturing and innovative learning environment where ever child is celebrated wholeheatedly. We are seeking an experienced Educational Leader to join our collaborative team and inspire excellence in Early Education.

You will be working in a blended role on the floor and off the floor, dedicating time to supporting the teams in enhancing educational practices, guiding and mentoring educators, and working in partnership with the wider leadership team.

**Your Role as Educational Leader is a Really Special One**:

- Leading the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our educational programs, ensuring aligning with our OAC Grow Curriculum and the EYLF & NQS.
- Mentoring and supporting educators in reflective practice, curriculum planning, and pedagogy strategies.
- Fostering a culture of growth through coaching, professional development, and collaboration.
- Engaging with families to build strong partnerships and ensure they are informed and involved in their child's learning journey.
- Contributing to the campus' strategic planning and quality improvement processes.

**What You'll Need to Succeed**:

- Diploma or Bachelor qualification
- Minimum 2 years demonstrated educational leadership experience.
- Team-based, hands-on, collaborative approach to your practices.
- Ability to communicate and connect with families.
- Deep understanding of the frameworks and regulations
- Availability to work full-time
