**What You Can Expect**

As the Inventory Planner, you will play a pivotal role in our logistics team, taking full ownership of purchasing inventory, maintaining optimal inventory levels, and managing the supply chain. You will be supported by the Inventory Manager, ensuring efficient and effective inventory management within the National Distribution Centre and other Warehouses.

**How You’ll Create Impact**
- Proactively manage the procurement of inventory to meet demand, ensuring that stock levels are maintained at optimal levels
- Monitor and adjust inventory levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts, ensuring a smooth and efficient supply chain.
- Liaise with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of inventory, addressing any issues that may arise.
- Continuously track inventory levels and replenish stock as needed to meet operational requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date spreadsheets and data records, supporting inventory analysis and decision-making.
- Support and promote the development of new processes to enhance inventory management and operational efficiency.

**What Makes You Stand Out**
- Proficiency in data analytics, data literacy, SAP, and Excel.
- Work experience within supply chain, FMCG, or medical devices.
- Proficiency in Power BI is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with sales teams, operations, and customers.
- A strong work ethic with high attention to detail.
- A curious and constant learner, eager to develop new skills and grow professionally.
- A proactive team player with a decisive mindset.
