Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Receive, catalog, and label incoming shoe samples according to established procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of shoe sample inventory, including tracking sample locations, quantities, and specifications.
- Ensure the safe and proper storage of shoe samples in designated areas, maintaining appropriate temperature and environmental conditions.
- Retrieve shoe samples as needed for various purposes, such as marketing campaigns, photo shoots, and showroom displays.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sample management procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Respond promptly to inquiries regarding shoe sample availability, specifications, or related issues from internal stakeholders and external partners.

Qualifications:

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and documentation.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using computer software for data entry, inventory management, and communication.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with colleagues across different departments and levels.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and also as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work assignments in a dynamic environment.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive shoe sample information.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
