Storeperson/warehouse Associate

**What We Do**

**Position Summary**:
Support to the Warehouse supervisor and Workshop Tech Team for daily picking, packing of stock, ensuring the efficient operation of the distribution centre, maintaining a high level of customer service whilst ensuring accuracy and control.

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Day to day activities of the Distribution Centre.
- Inventory control and security, regular stock takes.
- Unpacking, scanning and locating all incoming and outgoing shipment activities to ensure accuracy, completeness and condition of items.
- Sharing Forklift driver responsibilities.
- Support to the Workshop Tech Team in booking in service and warranty jobs, unpacking, ticketing products and completing system book-ins ready for evaluation by techs.
- Other duties as assigned by manager
- Follow all FOX Factory policies and procedures
- Effective completion of responsibilities in a timely manner
- Achievement of OKRs as identified in the Performance Review process
- Internal and external contacts include:

- Logistics Manager
- Management Team
- Sales Staff - internal and external
- Customer Service/workshop staff
- Freight Forwarders (incoming / outgoing)
- Ensure you are aware of your OHS and associated legislative requirements by reading provided (OHS) information and identifying and participating in training.
- Be involved in OHS projects and comply with OHS initiatives according to priorities set by consultative processes and management direction.
- Comply with legal and reasonable instructions from employer representatives and be accountable to your Manager for personal OHS performance while complying with Safe Work Procedures.
- Responsible to ensure the health and safety of any visitors you may receive.

**Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required**:

- Knowledge of warehousing best practices
- Demonstrable experience in managing OH&S issues
- Strong computer skills.
- Forklift Licence

- Experience with continuous improvement projects
