**Customer Service Representative**

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative who is motivated and driven with a “can do” attitude that understands what profitable customer service means.

**About the role**
- Following up on offers made and negotiating profitable orders
- Providing customer solutions and exceptional customer service
- Maintain and record accurate information for the customer database

**Desired Experience & Qualifications**
- A solid work ethic
- Experience in providing customer service to a broad clientele
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
- High-level problem resolution skills combined with attention to detail
- A friendly, confident, and professional phone manner
- Ability to work closely with others in a small team environment
- Ability to work under pressure
- Sound computer skills and technical competency
- Diploma/Bachelor or business or IT preferred
