Customer Service Representative

**Tasks**:

- Provide product support for sensor technology, and complimentary 3rd party products.
- Provide customer support for all processes within a sales pipeline from enquiry to delivery.
- Qualify prospects and closing orders.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for sales support tasks;
- Responsible for basic technical product support;
- Team support when needed;
- Support customers by providing assistance with quotations, price and availability, orders and general customer service support.
- Route qualified opportunities to sales engineers for further development
- Notify customers on delivery status
- Support distribution channel partners
- Identify equivalents to competitor products
- Update ERP as required

**Competencies & General Skills**:

- Has strong knowledge on SAP B1,(preferred)
- Has a strong knowledge on SAP R3,(preferred)
- Experience in customer portal, order retrieval and fulfilment.
- A basic knowledge on sensors technology.
- An understanding of product data sheets

**Soft Skills**:

- Strong Communication skills
- Good self-management
- Ability to work within a team
- Self-motivation
- Able to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: $27.00 - $34.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
