**Part-time - 6 Month
As an important member of the Regional ANZ Supply Chain team, the Logistics Administrator works closely with the ANZ Logistics Manager and AU Transport Coordinator to ensure products are received, stored, picked, packed and dispatched to and from our national and international Third Party Logistics (3PL) providers in accordance with business requirements.

The Logistics Administrator is responsible for the timely and accurate placement of orders as well as the detailed and accurate reporting of warehouse and transportation activities to internal stakeholders. The Logistics Administrator is detail-oriented, has excellent communication skills, has the ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships and has experience working to deadlines.

**Skills, Experience and Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years proven experience in a logistics, freight forwarding or warehouse environment.
- Strong attention to detail with good problem solving skills
- Computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) and inventory management systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must be highly motivated, able to work pro-actively both in a team and unsupervised and able to deliver results according to deadlines

**Responsibilities**:

- Order creation and placement from and between national and international warehouses.
- Assistance with Inventory management tasks.
- Adherence to safety standards and transportation chain of responsibility requirements.
