**About the role**:
This position will play a key role in the growth and the successful performance of Ebury in APAC. It will be part of the global treasury leadership team, interact constantly with the local fx dealing floor, with the local operations and with the global cash management teams. It will report directly to the Group Treasurer.
- You will be responsible for supporting the cash management proposition of Ebury in APAC, ensuring the adequate funding of 1000+ accounts in 100+ currencies, for instant payment execution to our clients and settlement with our liquidity providers.
- Daily execution of Ebury safeguarding processes in accordance with the client money protection requirements.
- Manage the existing banking partners, building strong relationships with providers locally and negotiate better pricing or credit facilities when needed: understanding well our liquidity providers capabilities is key to our success.
- Acting as the primary escalation point across the business for any issues and incidents arising with the existing bank & PSP relationships during the timezone.
- Generate detailed MI reports on the P&L of those relationships that will drive the strategic management decisions: _the ability to provide continuous insights to the current drivers and market comparables will be one of your KPIs._
- You will be in charge of maximising the return on corporate funds, while preserving the principal and maintaining the capital in safe vehicles that are in line with our Policy.
- Ensuring the integrity of Treasury core systems, interfaces and environments are constantly maintained (Quantum, Finastra, FXALL, 360T, Smarttrade, FXSuite)
- Collaborate and work closely with the APAC Operations Manager, the APAC Managing Director, the Group Head of Banking, and APAC Head of Dealing to tackle and develop the right opportunities and capabilities. Identifying opportunities and proposing changes to contracts and processes.
**About you**:
We are looking for an individual with drive and passion that is eager to help us take Ebury to the next level.
- Experience: more than 3 years working in a cash management, banking relationships, treasury desk or fx dealing role at a Bank or Financial institution.
- Education: economics, business administration or quantitative degree. CFA and similar qualifications will be valued.
- High level in Microsoft Excel or GoogleSheet is a must.
- Flexibility with changing requirements in an evolving and fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and an ability to build and leverage cross-functional relationships. High level of English.
