Are you an experienced Treasury professional looking for your next challenge? This is an exciting opportunity to step into a senior role where you will play a key part in managing funding, liquidity, and securitisation transactions within a leading global financial services organisation.

About the Role

As a Senior Treasury Analyst, you will take ownership of daily cash forecasting, liquidity management, and funding decisions. You will also be responsible for at least one securitisation transaction (warehouse or term) within a well-established Asset Backed Securitisation (ABS) programme.

In this leadership position, you will act as deputy to the Treasury & Securitisation Manager, supporting key projects, strategic deliverables, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role will see you working closely with APAC and global treasury teams, external banks, investors, lawyers, auditors, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead cash forecasting, liquidity planning, and funding recommendations.
  • Manage securitisation deals end-to-end, including investor reporting, modelling, and lifecycle events (new deals, renewals, clean-up calls, etc.).
  • Support asset & liability management (ALM) through interest rate and liquidity risk reporting.
  • Engage with banks, investors, and rating agencies, preparing and presenting updates.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, while driving process improvements and automation.
  • Act as deputy for the Treasury & Securitisation Manager when required.

About You

You will bring:

  • A degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, Mathematics, or related field.
  • At least 3 years' experience in Treasury and Securitisation within financial services or banking.
  • Advanced Excel skills (VBA/Macros).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively, with leadership experience.

Desirable qualifications include AFMA, CFA, CPA/CA, CFTP, or FINSIA credentials, along with experience in regulatory frameworks (ASIC, APRA) or securitisation training.

Why Apply?

This role offers a chance to work with an international financial services business, where you'll gain exposure to complex securitisation transactions, global treasury operations, and high-profile banking and investor relations. It's a unique opportunity to step up in responsibility while working in a collaborative and supportive environment.
