Must be Australian Citizen with minimum Baseline Clearance required

We’re seeking experienced Business Analysts to join exciting AI-focused projects within one of our Federal Government clients. In this role, you’ll play a key part in scoping, analysing, and optimising business processes, as well as defining system requirements.

What You’ll Do

- Analyse and improve workflows across operational areas (Signavio experience highly desirable).

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify pain points and co-design robust solutions.

- Evaluate processes for AI suitability, considering data availability, repeatability, and value-add.

- Support responsible AI deployment with governance, risk, and ethical considerations in mind.

What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, delivering high-quality analysis and documentation.

- Strong track record in process improvement and cross-team collaboration.

- Understanding of AI applications in business contexts and ability to assess process suitability.

- Must be an Australian citizen and hold a Baseline security clearance.
