**About the Role...**

We are looking for a dynamic, results orientated Leading Hand to guide our Powder Coating team in LEAN and safe operations at our Loganlea branch.

Some of your key duties and responsibilities will include.
- Oversee the day-to-day activities of the warehouse team ensuring excellent customer service, high productivity, and an emphasis on providing a safe work environment.
- Demonstrate & lead the health & safety of the warehouse team, the stock movement process are followed & handled correctly and the daily KPI’s in labour, productivity, transport, and quality are achieved.
- Monitor the accuracy for goods being dispatched, ensuring correct QA processes are being followed.
- Work in collaboration with other functional departments.
- Work autonomously and set clear direction for staff.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Ideally you will have demonstrated prior history of leading a team and providing leadership in a dynamic environment.

You will have the ability to work to tight deadlines, be reliable and self-motivated, have a willingness to take on additional tasks and value personal and team safety.
