CRL Express is one of Australia's fastest-growing freight forwarding companies. We deliver tailored logistics solutions nationwide – from warehousing and hazardous goods to express deliveries.

We're looking for an experienced
State 3PL Warehouse Manager
to lead operations, drive efficiency, and support our mission to set the standard for logistics excellence.

This will be an onsite and hands on position for someone that thrives in an operational environment.

Responsibilities;

· Operational Management

· Performance Management though effective leadership, mentoring and training.

· Inventory control

· Budget management

· Customer liaison

· Continuous Improvement

· Effective communication with cross-functional teams, Customers and Suppliers

Skills and Experience:

· Minimum 3 years in a similar role

· Forklift Licence with High Reach Experience

· Extensive 3PL knowledge and experience

· Proven leadership and communication skills

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills'

· Ability to travel when required

· Strong OH&S perception and skills with excellent knowledge of WHS regulations

· Excellent problem-solving skills and decision-making skills

· Must have permanent right to work in Australia
