Customer Service Officer

**Your Role**: Enhance Hoshizaki Lancer Customer experience through exceptional service, being an empowered, focused and accountable team member going above and beyond to delight our customers. **Key Accountabilities**: **Operations** - Consistently deliver the best possible customer experience through quality customer service. - Carry out daily customer service activities including - call handling, sales & service order entry, communication with subcontractors, invoicing, credits, customer queries & escalations. - Use specified reporting tools to ensure accurate & timely delivery to our customers. - Build and maintain relationships with customers & internal departments. - Deliver against KPIs and actively contribute to customer service work **Productivity & Efficiency** - Time Management - Accuracy of output **LN ERP (User)** - Follow process documentation when operating LN, ensure compliance to company guidelines - Identify and escalate LN issues appropriately **Team Engagement** - Support your team members - Provide honest feedback to team members and management **Compliance** - Comply with all company policies and procedures, OH&S and operational reporting requirements. - Accepting and abiding by the intent of Hoshizaki Lancer's IMS Policy. **Professional Development** - Undertaking periodic training in work practise, system requirements and other related areas. **Requirements**: - 2years+ of Customer Service experience. Previous administration & data entry strongly preferred. **Requirements****: - Customer Oriented Mindset - Always work with the customer in mind - Interpersonal Effectiveness - Ability to collaborate. Build and maintain strong relationships. Communicates effectively and independently tailoring messages appropriate to the situation/audience - Meticulous Approach - Always pay attention to detail - Broad Perspective - Ability to "connect the dots" and think outside the box - Decision Making - Ability to learn where and how to get information and make decisions asking for help when needed - Conflict Management - Ability to show compassion, understanding, actively listen & seek resolution - Ability to work in an international and multi-cultural environment **Special Requirements**: - Nationality or Visa enabling full time work within Australia
