**The Role**

Are you an experienced and successful consultant in payroll? Do you pride yourself on your superior customer service delivery? Are you able to translate complex system jargon into tangible results for our Payroll and HR solution?

Working as a member of a small team of professionals, you will work with your assigned client to deliver exceptional results. You will act as an escalation point for internal teams for complex payroll issues that may impact service to your client.

In this role you will be required to:
- Build strong and productive relationships with one of Frontier Software’s largest client’s
- Analyse your client’s needs - document, design and redesign business requirements and processes to better support your client’s needs
- Deliver solutions for complex, high level payroll issues to ensure a seamless delivery of payroll services to your client
- Act as liaison between your client and cross-functional internal teams to ensure complete client satisfaction
- Complete risk assessments on new recommendations to confirm the validity and useability of the proposal.

Our office is located in the Adelaide CBD and after a training period you will have plenty of opportunity to work from home.

**To Be Successful**

You will need 5+ years’ experience in end-to-end payroll processing, covering all functions and including complex payrolls. Additionally, you will need 2+ years’ experience in Frontier Software Proprietary Payroll and HR software, formal accreditation would be preferable.

You will also bring:

- Demonstrated knowledge and interpretation of the Fairwork Act, modern awards and related legislation
- Exceptional customer service experience with a strong passion for delivering sustainable results for your client
- Excellent communications skills - particularly written
- An analytical, problem solving mindset
- Demonstrated ability as a self-starter with proven self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously while being a collaborative team player
