You'll manage a portfolio of personal injury claims and play a key role in supporting people through challenging times.

This is a **permanent, full-time opportunity based in Sydney**, with the flexibility of a **hybrid work environment**.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Managing a portfolio of Workers Compensation claims for small, medium, and large NSW employers
- Accurately assessing claims and ensuring injured workers receive the correct entitlements on behalf of iCare
- Communicating clearly and empathetically with all stakeholders
- Prioritising your workflow to meet key timeframes and deliver a seamless experience
- Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver proactive case management
- Providing high-quality customer service to employers, injured workers, and legislative authorities through compliant, efficient, and timely support

**What You’ll Bring**
- A passion for people and a proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong communication skills - you know how to listen, engage, and resolve issues effectively
- A team-focused attitude with the ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Empathy and compassion for those navigating complex, often emotional situations
- The ability to analyse information and make sound, timely decisions
- Experience in Workers Compensation or Personal Injury claims is highly regarded
- Allied Health background? That’s a bonus
