**About the Role**:
Reporting to the Manitou Center Service and Solutions Operations Manager, you will act as the principal point of contact for internal service teams and customers sourcing spare parts for Manitou's complete range of products.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Manage customers and internal (Sales, Workshop, Field Service) inquiries by responding efficiently to front counter, phone and internet inquiries.
- Interpret parts queries from a computer based program to supply the appropriate parts
- Processing internal and end-customer orders
- Invoicing spare parts
- Proactively communicate with customers regarding their order status, inquiries or any issues
- Receipting of spare parts orders from local and overseas suppliers
- Follow up any parts short shipped with suppliers local and overseas
- Promote Spare Parts and Attachments
- Build Customer relationships
- Participating in picking, packing and dispatching parts orders if required
- Annual and cyclical stocktakes
- Ad Hoc duties as required
