**RTO Administration Officer - Fulltime (Brendale QLD)**

Australian Trade Training College Ltd has been a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) since 2006. We deliver a variety of courses ranging from Certificate I level to Diplomas under Apprenticeship/Traineeship arrangements, VETiS (Vocational Education and Training in Schools), Certificate 3 Guarantee (C3G) and Fee for Service. Due to growth and expansion we are seeking an energetic, articulate and experienced RTO Administration Officer to join our Administration team full-time.

**About the role**:
As an RTO Administration Officer you will be supporting Head of Departments and Trainers to manage and support student administration throughout all stages of their training from enquiries/enrolments to completion. This includes (but not limited to) processing of enrolments, resulting assessments, issuing training notices and processing completions and certificate issuance.

- Strong attention to detail
- A pro-active approach to problem-solving by streamlining processes
- A great work ethic and adaptability
- Student Management System (SMS) experience
- Sound understanding of Microsoft Office suite including ‘Teams’
- Willingness to grow and expand

**Highly Desirable**:

- Proven RTO administration experience
- Experience with Government funding
- Student Management System experience
