We are looking for an enthuasiastic FEMALE Support Worker in **Melton, VIC **who is passionate about making a difference and assisting our clients with their required needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Providing Physical Support which will include personal care and household tasks
- Providing Emotional Support for the client
- Assisting with health care needs such as medication
- Working well with other healthcare professionals to meet the highest level of standards for the client
- Transport clients in your own vehicle when accessing the community (Appointments, Shopping etc)
- Reporting after every shift

**Requirements**:

- An Australian Business Number as you would be an **INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR**:

- Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance
- Working with Children Check **(EMPLOYEE)**:

- NDIS Screening Check
- Police Check
- Valid Driver's License and Full Comprehensive Car Insurance
- First Aid Certificate
- Qualification in the field **(Aged Care, Community Services, Individual Support)**:

- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 **(MINIMUM 3 DOSES)**

**Salary**: $32.86 - $63.45 per hour

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
