The Referral and Appointment Service for Bacchus Marsh and Melton campuses plays an important role within the organisation, being the first point of contact for patients seeking an outpatient appointment for a wide variety of services.

The Advanced Intake Officer supports the team in providing oversight and higher level support to the intake officers supporting clients in accessing services within their community. This is a full time Maternity Leave position between the 20/3/23 and the 26/1/24.

**To be Successful in this Role you**
- Have experience using iPM
- Will have strong communication skills
- Work well within a team and multidisciplinary environment
- Will have strong time management skills
