**What You Will Be Doing**

The role works closely with multiple stakeholders across the organisation to provide excellent orthotic care across all inpatient Peninsula Health sites and also builds capacity within other clinical staff across the organisation to manage orthotics safely and effectively. The Grade 3 Orthotists will consult with stakeholders to identify training and education needs related to orthotics at Peninsula Health and will develop, implement and refine training and assessment processes.

**What You Need**

We anticipate you will have:

- Is member of, or eligible for membership of, Australian Orthotic and Prosthetic Association.
- Ability to competently perform high quality Orthotic assessment, treatment and patient management, including thorough and appropriate discharge planning.
- Demonstrated involvement in planning, implementing, evaluating and reporting on services including development of clinical innovations and initiatives.
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated ability to engage and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
