**The Role**

This role strategically manages the state’s housing assets to optimise the value, sustainability, condition and economic performance of the property portfolio aligned with the State’s strategic direction.

The main responsibilities of the Asset & Facility Manager is to lead, support and manage staff and contractors across WA jurisdiction to ensure effective service provision. This involves coordinating and overseeing their activities to ensure smooth operations and delivery of services.

**About You**

**Essential Criteria**:

- Minimum of 3 years management experience
- Post-trade Certificate IV or equivalent qualification
- Green/White card (or ability to obtain)
- Current drivers licence

Please note that a satisfactory police check is required for all staff and those with client related responsibilities are required to provide a NDIS and Working with Children Check (WWCC).
