**Product Trainer -Solar/PV Inverter**

We are looking for an experienced Product Trainer for a leading global solar inverter company. Based in North Sydney.

**Salary and Perks**
- 110,000-135,000 per annum, super, annual bonus
- Full-time permanent role
- 5 days paid leave for Christmas
- The hybrid role, WFH, or Office

**In this role you will be training and educating on inverter products to Residential, Commercial, and Industrial customers (both existing and potential customers) with the following responsibilities**:

- Develop customer training plans for various targeted customer groups in the Home, Commercial & Industrial segment
- Create easy-to-understand and persuasive training materials
- Use of creative training methods and tools
- Develop, continuously create, and maintenance of training documents for different target audiences
- Cooperate with both internal and external partners in the developing and implementing of training courses on joint products and solution
- Implement sales promotion measures and product-related on-site training as part of the launch process
- Participate in trade fairs, trade partner conferences, congresses, and forums
- Manage and oversee the maintenance of Solar Academy facilities (mobile training equipment, lab facilities, etc.)

**What we are seeking**:

- Multiple years of experience in product training
- Knowledge and qualification in electrical/electrical engineering
- Experience working in Solar/PV industry products is preferred
- Qualification in Training & Assessment is advantageous
- Able to transform technical terms into simple and easy language/visuals to educate non-technical target audiences to enable sales.
- Able to understand inverter technical details
- Quick learner and attention to detail skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
