**About the Opportunity**

Seeking a flexible and reliable Support Worker who can provide care, support, and assistance to one of our Members located in Grovedale, Geelong. Visits are to assist the Client with cleaning support and shopping. Please note visits start at 1 hour in length and are either in the mornings or evenings. We do also have other Members in the area
- COVID-19 Vaccinations are required as per government mandates.
- **Your own ABN as an Independent Contractor (Or prepared to obtain one)**:

- A successful and current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Full training and assessment can be provided for personal care, manual handling, and basic medication support to suitable applicants.
- Driver's License and own vehicle
- Smartphone
