**About the role**
The position of Administration Assistant supports our dedicated Services team in **Belmont** and is a critical part of our customer experience. This is a Fixed Term position to start with.
**Your new role awaits**:
Assisting the Services team with all administrative tasks to ensure KPI’s are completed on time is likely to include tasks such as:
- Working with data to compile key customer reporting
- Processing hire schedules and delivery updates in the Baseplan system
- Reconcile supplier invoices to customer invoices
- Assist with customer/supplier invoice disputes where applicable
- Assist with quoting
- Liaising with our Sales Team and Customers on a daily basis
- Assistance with end of month invoicing
- Ad-hoc duties as required
**About you**:
- To be successful in this role we anticipate you will be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and have the ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
- Intermediate skills in Excel and excellent attention to detail are a must.
