Part -Time Position Available for immediate start.

Benson’s Timber & Hardware are a family owned and operated business for 38 Years. Selling Timber and Hardware items to Trades and DIY customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Accounts payable and accounts receivable, including simple bookkeeping,
- Daily banking, Balancing and monthly reconciliations.
- Managing Accounts (Receivable & Payable)
- Cash Handling
- Answering the phone and transferring calls as needed
- Sorting incoming mail
- Data entry
- Running errands
- Filing and organizing office documents
- Monitoring office inventory and ordering supplies
- Using Xero Accounting software

What We're Looking For:

- Excellent computer skills (Xero Accounting, Outlook, Microsoft word & excel.)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with team members.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Prior administration or clerical experience (advantage but not essential)
- Maintaining a clean workspace

**Job Type**: Part-time

Expected hours: 18 per week

- Day shift
