**The Role**:
**The Average Day**:
Lead and develop the digital curriculum at Carey, ELC -Year 12 in consultation with staff and curriculum leaders and in partnership with technology teams.
Support the development of the School’s digital infrastructure to enhance communication and curriculum delivery.
Lead a team of Digital Coaches to support staff with the development of their digital pedagogy and resources for LMS (Canvas).
Cultivate awareness, understanding and proficiency of Carey’s duty of care obligation with regard to privacy and information security to ensure a cyber safe school for our community.
Foster a motivated and passionate team culture environment within the Digital Team.

**The Person**:To be successful in this position, you will have**:
Capacity to translate strategic plans and thinking into operational plans and priorities
Demonstrated experience leading innovation and prototype trials
Exceptional knowledge of digital learning and supporting technologies
Proven ability to lead, coach and develop others
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
A valid Victorian Institute Teaching (VIT) registration is a requirement of employment in this position.
