**Assistant Manager**

Our expanding group currently includes some of the northern suburb’s favourite venues; **The Woodvale Tavern**, **The Kingsley Tavern, ** **The Duke Bar and Bistro and The Currambine.** The RMW team is comprised of passionate hospitality professionals who are all trained to deliver excellent service, and this is your opportunity to join us

**THE ROLE**

We are currently on the lookout for an experienced Assistant Venue Manager someone who has a passion for service, the ability to bring new and fresh ideas and likes to think differently. With proven leadership skills that drive a team to be successful. That special someone who naturally leads from the front and influences others to follow.

You will oversee day to day operations of our busy venue where providing exceptional service is at the forefront in everything we do. You will use your personality and experience to work with your team to ensure you get the best out of them and deliver the best experience to our customers.

You will need to have the flexibility to work weekends, public holidays and evenings.

- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment in hospitality
- Ability to delegate responsibilities effectively
- Strong work ethic
- Team player with positive attitude and strong leadership skills
- Reliable and punctual

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

- Joondalup, WA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
